Automated weighing, stretch wrapping and labeling machines made in Japan by Teraoka-Seiko CO. Ltd, known in the European market as DiGi.

AW-5600AT are PS-based and specially designed for packaging products with PS and other types of stretch film trays. These machines are suitable for packaging vegetables, milk, meat, meat products and semi-prepared foods.

AW-5600ATII you can weigh, pack and label with just one machine and one operator;

Increased productivity with a high processing speed of up to 36 packages per minute, reduced need for foil replacement and a larger control panel. The content of the label can be checked on the display at any time, which helps prevent labeling errors. Automatically determines the optimal packaging conditions for the sizes of goods fed into the machine.

Super-stretch technology uses the film in the best way and helps reduce it's usage, and the labels contain no paper backing eliminate unnecessary margins and help reduce label consumption. Power saving mode helps reduce power consumption while the machine is idle. These features provide both economy and a smaller environmental footprint.
