ELPAK 500 INOX

Application:

ELPAK 500 INOX is a desktop packaging machine designed for manual packaging of products placed in a tray or on a pad.

Made entirely of stainless materials, it is suitable for use in the food industry and food trade. The compact design allows it to be placed directly on a desktop. Loading film is quick and easy. It does not require special knowledge and qualification.

Consumables:

Stretch film based on PVC or PE

• Film thickness: 8-14 µm
• Roll width: from 250 – 500 mm.

Pads or trays made of PS, hPS, PE, PP and other materials.

Way of working:

A sufficient length of film is drawn, on which the product is placed, it is wrapped from below, the foil is cut using the thermoknife. The wrapping is completed by pulling the foil from the side and tucking it from the bottom, it adheres with a slight pressure of the pad on the heating plate.
